Our Impact
We are continuously looking at our product processes and packaging to further improve our global footprint. We work exclusively with responsible suppliers who are actively reducing their waste and CO2 emissions whilst consciously working with environmentally friendly materials. We are constantly reviewing our carbon footprint and developing new processes to continue to reduce our emissions. From delivery logistics to material sourcing, there is not a single element within our business that has not been reviewed and revised.

Packaging & Delivery
All of our orders are shipped with 100% plastic-free packaging that can be recycled or reused. With cardboard boxes, paper tape and paper bubble wrap, we consciously choose our materials, methods and suppliers to keep our planetary impact to a minimum.
We typically use DPD as our trusted courier partner for our next working day service. With a tracking and delivery success rate thats second to none, DPD is also committed to being net zero by 2040. We also offer a white label shipping option to remove the need to re-ship to your client.
Consciously Sourced
All of the materials that we use and the providers that supply them are chosen with purpose. From papers to packaging to frame mouldings, we ensure every supplier we choose maintains the same ethos as ourselves whilst actively working towards a greener future.
All of our professional papers are Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) approved, meaning that they meet the strict requirements for sustainable printing. All of our paper excess and unusable cardboard is recycled into an open loop cycle to be made into a new, recyclable product.
Made With Care
All of our products are made to last a lifetime, from using the highest quality materials to utilising traditional craft techniques and skills. By producing all of our orders within our dedicated workshop, we can better utilise materials, time and energy to minimise waste.
By printing, mounting and framing artwork all under one roof, we have eliminated the need to externally source items or any additional transport time or costs. Our apprentices are trained in house by our existing team of experts, passing on traditional skills, knowledge and techniques that have been used for generations to create incredible artwork that lasts.
Tone Forest
We believe that it is important to provide a product and service that is doing right by the environment, that our customers can feel confident in purchasing. With all of the recent improvements to reduce our emissions, we are committed to continue minimising our impact with all of our operations.
With every Tone Imaging order placed, we will be planting a tree on behalf of our customers at no extra cost to you! Each tree planted will be attached to a project within Ecologi’s global reforestation mix. Its journey can be tracked and followed to see the difference it is making for our ecosystem. So as well as buying an environmentally-friendly product, you can also let your clients know that they are making incredible donations to our world by purchasing from you.

100% Renewable
We’re proud to partner with conscious suppliers, which is why all the energy used in our workshop is produced using 100% renewable power. Our energy supplier exclusively provides renewable power and has been helping the UK transition to net zero since 2001. Our workshop is well insulated to keep warm in the winter months and provide cool airflow in warmer weather, reducing our overall energy usage and CO2 emissions throughout the year.
